Applications and Features:
The testing machine is the latest design of our company’s steel bar automatic bending and reverse bending testing machine. Three oil cylinders are used for loading, the mandrel is installed at the front end of the piston rod, and the two curved rollers are driven by the screw, and the span is adjustable. The PLC controls the work of the oil cylinder and the bending angle, and completes the bending and reverse bending at one time. Greatly improved test efficiency.
It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, real-time display of bending and reverse bending angles, wenig Lärm, no vibration, langes Leben, and convenient maintenance.
With electric limit switch, it is more flexible and durable to use.
It has the function of secondary molding for 180-degree bending test.
Touchscreen-Steuerung, customers only need to choose the diameter of the test steel bar. The tester automatically adjusts the test range.
