HK-214 Δοκιμαστής τριβής μελανιού is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as poor abrasion resistance of printed matter, ink layer shedding, low printing resistance of PS plate and poor coating hardness of other products. Accurately implement national standards, compatible with international standards, control and solve the problems of poor friction resistance, low abrasion resistance and easy falling off of printed ink layers. Through the test, the production process can be effectively controlled to avoid the return loss caused by poor quality.
Implementation Standards:
This product is designed and manufactured according to GB/T7706-2008, compatible with JIS K5701, ISO 9000, ASTM D5264, TAPPI T830 related standards.
Working principle: The layer to be tested of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body.
The wear resistance of the ink layer (or coating) is judged by measuring the decrease in density (or the decrease in coating thickness) before and after rubbing
