1. Panimula:

This Horizontal pagsubok machine is mainly used for tensile strength test of long materials, like steel wire rope sling, cable, lubid na naylon, kadena, webbing sling, atbp. It adopts precision Italy ATOS servo valve hydraulic power pack to load, mataas na katumpakan load cell upang masukat ang pagsubok ng puwersa, photoelectric encoder upang masukat ang displacement, kontrol sa computer, patunay load at break load pagsubok, testing space at piston stroke ay maaaring gawin ayon sa kinakailangan ng customer.

Designed to customer specifications specifically for proof loading and destruction tests that require data logging.

The Horizontal Tensile Testing has a robust mechanical design. Thus, the machine is suitable for heavy materials.

The machine is calibrated according to ASTM E4 and ISO75001.
