Introduction

XGNB Series Hydrostatic Pressure and Burst Tester/Machine d'essai is used to determine the long-term hydrostatic strength and instant blasting of HDPE, PVC, PE, PPR, ABS and other plastic pipes. It conforms to the test standard of ISO 1167, ASTM D1598, ASTM D1599, ISO9080, CJ/T108 and ASTM F1335.

This machine adopts embedded system, it can be remote by IPAD or Windows 8 pad, etc., it can be bilateral controlled and data acquisition.

Each 5 station composed one control module, each control module has one microcomputer, which is used for embedded system controlling terminal control command, to carry out pressure control and data acquisition, which realize test data’s acquisition and record function.

This testing machine adopts advanced control algorithm, loading pressure smooth, hold pressure stable, swelling rate high, which can ensure 100% success of test.
