NDW Series Computer Control Electronic Torsion Testing Machine
It is mainly used for the torsion test of metal and non-metal materials, as well as the torsion test for parts and components. It is an essential instrument to measure torsion properties of materials for mechanics laboratories of aviation industry, industria di costruzioni, scientific research dept, universities and industrial enterprises etc. This series of testing machines confirm to standards of GB10128 and others.
2. Main Functions and Features:
Loading mode: AC servomotor and driver;
Testing of torque and torsion angle: high-precision symmetrical torque transducer for torque testing and high-precision LEC model photoelectric encoder for angle testing;
Modalità di controllo: manual control and computer control;
WINDOWS-based supervision software used to calculate mechanical indexes of materials. Automatic test data processing, dynamic display of test curves, storage and print out of test results. Operator can intervene in the analysis process and thus to improve the analysis accuracy.
