The pre-grinding of the specimen is an indispensable process before its polishing in the preparation of the specimen. The pre-grinding enhances greatly the efficiency of the specimen preparation. YM-1 Pre-grinder is the result of a large-scale research work. As an excellent piece of specimen pre-grinding, the pre-grinder has a lap with a larger diameter compared with the same kind of machines produced in our country and the rotational speed of its lap is quite different in order to meet the requirements of the pre-grinding of various materials.
