1.1. The Carbon Black Dispersion Tester applies advanced reflected light microscopy and digital image processing techniques to provide a quick, easy, precise, and non-subjective carbon black macrodispersion assessment for rubber compounds. The main benefit of the tester is to avoid costing of over-mixing and under-mixing.
1.2. Carbon Black Dispersion Tester is a testing instrument for the dispersion of pigments or carbon black in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings and mixed ingredients according to the international standard, like ISO-18553.
1.3 The instrument is adapted to intelligent software and corresponding microscopes. By measuring the size, shape, and dispersion of carbon black particles, the internal parameters and macroscopic performance indicators such as mechanical properties, antistatic properties, and moisture absorption properties can be established.
