คำอธิบาย

WDW-300S / WDW-500S PC Strand Relaxation Testing Machine

(horizontal type, 1000hours test, 300kN or 500kN, φ9.50mm-φ15.24mm)

1. ฟังก์ชั่นหลัก

This machine is used to do stress-relaxation test of steel strand, ลวดเหล็กชุบสังกะสี, indented wire etc metal materials. The host machine adopts horizontal structure, adjust work space by lead screw, and the transmission system is inside the machine base, the machine has very high stiffness, which guarantee the accuracy of test results.

PC realizes variety of control modes, which include constant test force, constant displacement etc closed-loop control and test process control, all kinds of control modes can be switched without impact.

The computer can calculate the test results of 1000 hours according to the test data not more than 200 ชั่วโมง, it can also do continuous test of 1000 ชั่วโมง. The computer real time displays test force and test curves, can save and print the test results, test curves and test report.
