The series Metallic Materials Wire Reverse Torsion Test Machine mainly used to test the capacity of bearing deformation of the metal wires and other wire ropes whose diameter are φ0.1~φ10mm during the reversing. The test can show the surface defects of wire during the test process.
Fitur
The testing speed (revolutions per minute) is optional, seperti 30, 60 revolutions per minute.
It can clamp wire material with length of 500mm; LCD display the testing revolution. Jumlah putaran pengujian akan diblokir secara otomatis setelah spesimen patah.
Prinsip
Sepotong kawat uji dipuntir sejumlah putaran tertentu sebesar 360° mengelilingi sumbunya dalam satu arah, dan kemudian sejumlah putaran tertentu 360° ke arah yang berlawanan.
Genggaman harus memiliki kekerasan minimum 55HRC untuk memberikan kekakuan dan/atau ketahanan terhadap abrasi. Pegangan pada mesin uji harus diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga, during testing, selama pengujian, mereka tetap pada sumbu yang sama dan tidak memberikan gaya lentur apa pun pada.
Jarak antara grip harus dapat disesuaikan untuk panjang benda uji yang berbeda.
