It is used to determine the leak tightness of elastomeric sealing ring type of joints for buried thermoplastic non-pressure piping systems.
Testing standard:
DIN EN 1277, IS0 13844 and the equivalent.
Plastic Pipes System Joints Leak Tightness Tester (Negative Pressure Leakage)
Principle:
Plastics piping systems joint tightness tester/Pressure Leak Testing Machines test piece consisting of a plastic pipe mounted into a socket is exposed within a specified temperature range to two specified negative internal pressures for a specified test period, while the pipe is being subjected to an angular deflection in the socket and to deformation. During the test, the test piece is monitored for signs of leakage.
Parameters:
- Industrial color LCD display is convenient to input and check test information, including test parameters, test results and test curves ,etc.
- Test data can easily be exported to user’s PC via USB stick for further processing and report generation.
- Hydraulic type pipe deflection device at radial direction, high precision digital gauge display as well as the self-aligning centering function ensure operation easier.
- Different supporting-blocks are introduced for different pipe fittings.
- Angular deflection at four directions can be collected.
