Introduction:

Shackles Horizontal Tensile Test Bed is mainly used for tensile strength test of lifting materials, like shackles, spreader beam, lifting beam, fiber ropes, steel wire rope sling, cable, nylon rope, chain, webbing sling, etc. It adopts precision hydraulic power pack to load, high precision load cell to measure testing force, photoelectric encoder to measure displacement, computer control, proof load and break load test, testing space and piston stroke can be made according to the customer’s requirement.

Our Shackles Tensile Test Bed is specially designed for non-destructive and destructive testing of steel wire ropes, synthetic ropes, chains, shackles, etc., according to DIN EN ISO 2307 and DIN EN 12385. The forces generated during testing are contained within the structure of the frame.
