The AWWA C900 In-Line Hydraulic Static Tester for PVC Pipes for FM 1612 is designed to safely test lengths of PVC water mains in accordance with the requirements of the American Water Works Association FM 1612 Code C-900. AWWA C900 water pipe, blue or white, to AWWA C900 specification, gaskets to ASTM F477, and couplings to ASTM D3139. This tubing complies with AWWA C900-07 and FM 1612; pressure rating 165 psi (DR 25), 235 psi (DR 18)*; 305 psi (DR 14)*; available in diameters from 4″ – 48″ .

The PVC Pipe In-Line Hydraulic Antistatic Tester is designed to safely test PVC water main lengths in accordance with the requirements of American Water Works Association FM 1612 Specification C-900. PVC PVC-UH Pipe Static Pressure Tester, Rapid Burst Tester, ANSI/AWWA C900 PVC PVC-UH Pipe, FM 1612.
AWWA C900 water pipe, manufactured in blue, conforms to AWWA C900 specifications, gaskets conform to ASTM F477, and couplings conform to ASTM D3139. This tubing complies with AWWA C900-07 and FM 1612; pressure rating 165 psi (DR 25), 235 psi (DR 18)*; 305 psi (DR 14)*; available in diameters from 4″ – 48″ .
PVC Pipe Online Hydro static proof tester Test type:
Static pressure test. At 3.2 times the pressure rating, only one hydrostatic test of at least 5 seconds is required per pipe.
Rapid burst test. Test every 24 hours for a test time of 60 la 70 seconds.
The PVC pipe online hydraulic static pressure tester installed at the end of the pipeline clamps each pipe under 2 times or 3.2 times the working pressure of the pipe and seals the pipe for a second-level test.
They can be customized to meet your desired specifications.
